Bigmouth is an extra pale, unfiltered, hoppy session ale with a bold tropical and white wine notes from the Nelson-grown New Zealand hops, with Nelson Sauvin, Wakatau and Taiheke giving layers of grapefruit and lemon fruitiness, and white wine acidity (thankyou Nelson Sauvin). It's rounded out with a dry and bitter finish – the perfect session beer. A Luscious mouth feel, from the wheat and oats, carries the hop flavour across the palate before easing out with a dry (rather than bitter) moreish finish. A refreshing beer thats as at home at the beach or in the shower, as it is with canapés or at the dinner table. It's medium bodied & moderately carbonated for the style with a sweet finish & a solid bitterness throughout.
