Please read the following important terms and conditions before you purchase anything on our site.
These terms and conditions apply if you are purchasing our goods as a consumer (i.e. you are not acting within a trade, business or profession). If you are a trade buyer, please see our Trade Terms and Conditions.
The prices payable for the products that you order are clearly set out in the web site. Prices shown are in GBP (£) If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date you place your order. The delivery rates will be displayed in the Delivery Section of the web site.
If for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to supply a particular product, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We use a courier to deliver our goods. If you want to see your delivery options, visit our webpage before you place your order. We deliver only to addresses in mainland UK (England, Wales, Scotland) and Northern Ireland. For the avoidance of doubt, our couriers do not deliver to PO Box numbers. Orders to the Republic of Ireland, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland, Channel Islands will attract an additional surcharge. Please contact us on email@example.com further details.
A majority of orders are delivered on the required delivery date when specified, however delivery on any particular date is not guaranteed.
We do not process orders over Bank holidays and we will get your order to you as quickly as possible
Please note that when ordering, if you specify a delivery date which is a Saturday, the Saturday Delivery service must be selected from the "Class of Service" drop-down box on the checkout page.
The Saturday Delivery service costs more than the standard Next Working Day Delivery service.
Where the Saturday Delivery service has not been selected, orders will be dispatched on the Next Working Day courier service.
Delivery times may be affected if there are stock availability problems or other unforeseen circumstances. Please note the availability shown for each product in the Product Details page is not real-time and on rare occasions items do run out-of-stock. If something happens which is outside of our control, and affects the estimated date of delivery we will let you have a revised estimated date for delivery of the goods
For your security, the courier's paperwork must be signed, either at the recipients address or a neighbouring address in order to acknowledge receipt of the Product/s.
A Delivery Note detailing the Products supplied by 365drinks.co.uk will be stored in one of your delivered parcel/s, and this is your proof of delivery.
If our courier attempts delivery at the delivery address, specified in the order, or as a fall-back attempts delivery with a neighbour but cannot deliver the Products, the courier will retain the Products and will leave a calling card with a Customer Services telephone number for you to call in order to arrange re-delivery. Please note that the courier company can only arrange a specific re-delivery date, and cannot arrange a specific re-delivery time.
The courier will only attempt to deliver the Products on up to two separate days, after which a further delivery charge may become payable.
The products will be returned to our Dispatch Depot if they have not been collected from the courier. For returned orders only the cost of the products ordered is refunded less the cost of returning the order.
For large deliveries the Goods will be delivered as close as possible to your front door however, if for whatever reason this is unreachable (for example if you live in a narrow street, or there are stairs at your property or there is any obstruction, delivery will be made as close as possible.
For all deliveries, the driver is not insured to take the Goods inside of your property and you should make arrangements for the Goods to be taken inside of your property.
We will not sell to anyone who is not 18 years of age or over, as the law requires.
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
If you are buying a product/s as a gift - the recipient must also be over 18 years old.
If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of photo ID.
If the person receiving the order is unable to produce appropriate ID, unfortunately our couriers will be unable to leave the products.
When you place your order at the end of the online checkout process (e.g. when you click on the pay now button) we will acknowledge it by email. This acknowledgement does not, however, mean that your order has been accepted.
We may contact you to say that we do not accept your order. This is typically for the following reasons:
(a) the goods are unavailable
(b) your payment has not been authorised
(c) you are not allowed to buy the goods from our store
(d) we are not allowed to sell the goods to you
(e) you have ordered too many goods
(f) there has been a mistake on the pricing or description of the goods
You may cancel your order at any time until seven days after the goods are received, but you will be liable for the initial delivery cost. You will be responsible for returning the products to us at your own cost.
The goods must arrive back at our Dispatch Depot unopened and undamaged. You can cancel your order by emailing our Customer Services on firstname.lastname@example.org
You will then be sent an email with details of your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and the returns address. The RMA number must be clearly displayed on your returned order. Orders returned without first obtaining an RMA number will not be accepted.
Some corporate or large orders may be classified as Special Order. If an order is classified as Special Order you will be advised of this by email or in a price quotation. If a Special Order is cancelled after payment and products have already been ordered into a 365drinks.co.uk dispatch warehouse to fulfil the order, such orders will be liable to a restocking fee of 25% of the value of the products ordered.
All credits will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation, provided the goods have been returned in its original condition within that period.
We will provide a full refund or replacement of any products that are faulty. We must be notified of damaged or faulty products within 3 working days of receipt. We may require the faulty products to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary.
On the rare occasion where the products delivered are different to those ordered we must be informed of this within 3 working days of receipt. We will arrange a collection of these products as necessary, once we have investigated the dispatch records for your order.
Claims for Breakages
Upon receipt of your order, the order should be carefully inspected to make sure that it is intact and in full. The courier must be informed of breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the courier’s documentation. We must have confirmation of these breakages or shortages within 2 working days of delivery.
You can pay for Products purchased from email@example.com by using any of the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro/Switch, and Solo. Payments will be taken through World Pay
Your credit card or debit card will be charged at the time that you submit your order. We will not dispatch the goods until we have received your payment from World Pay
You must give us authority for payment at the time of order.
All card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We will not deliver any Products prior to these checks and authorisations being completed. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment to us, we cannot accept your order, and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Payment by BACS/CHAPS transfer is available. Details are available upon request.
We also accept Cheques. However such orders will only be dispatched once the cheque has been received and cleared for payment.
In the event that your payment has not been received by us and you have already received the goods, you must pay for such goods within 7 days, or must return them to us as soon as possible. If so, you must keep the goods in your possession, take reasonable care of them and not use them before you return them to us
If you do not return any goods (such as where you have not paid for them) we may collect the goods from you at your expense. We will try to contact you to let you know if we intend to do this.
We endeavour to advertise our products accurately. However we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided on our website about Products, such as photographs, images and descriptions of the Products. Vintage years specified for wines and spirits cannot be guaranteed, as due to the very nature of these products they are of limited supply for any vintage year. We constantly update the website with the correct vintage years as and when stocks of older vintages are exhausted.
Your use of this website and any purchase by you on this website will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in the United Kingdom.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 say that up to 14 days after receiving your goods, in most cases, you can change your mind and get a full refund.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product you're entitled to the following:
- up to 30 days: if your goods are faulty, then you can get a refund
- up to six months: if they can't be replaced, then you're entitled to a full refund, in most cases
- up to six years: if the goods do not last a reasonable length of time, you may be entitled to some money back.
