Ingredients:
2 ounces Captain Morgan Dark aged rum
1/2 ounce banana liqueur
1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 ounce demerara syrup
Garnish - banana slice
- Add the rum, lime juice, banana liqueur and demerara syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled
- Strain into a chilled daiquiri glass
- Garnish with banana slice
2. Rum Old Fashioned

Ingredients:
2 ounces Havana Club dark rum
1 tsp demerara syrup
1 tsp allspice dram
2 dashes of orange bitters
2 dashes of Angostura bitters

- Place one large ice cube into an Old Fashioned glass
- Add the rum, allspice dram, demerara syrup and bitters, and stir until well-chilled
- Garnish with an orange peel

The Canchánchara is a drink that originates in Trinidad, Cuba and has a deep rooted history in the area. Traditionally served in clay mugs, this cocktail is a refreshing mix of white rum, honey, lime juice and club soda water. No worries, you can drink it from a regular glass mug too.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces of Cape Cornwall white rum
1 freshly squeezed lime
1/2 ounce honey syrup
Splash of club soda
Garnish - lime wedge
- Add white rum, juice of one lime and honey syrup into a shaker with ice, shaking until well-chilled
- Strain into a glass mug filled with ice
- Top off with a splash of club soda

2 ounces light rum
2 ounces dark rum
1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice

1/2 ounce simple syrup
1 bar spoon of grenadine
Garnish - orange slice

- Pour the light and dark rums, citrus juices, puree, simple syrup and grenadine into a shaker with ice, shaking until well-chilled
- Strain into a large Hurricane glass over fresh ice
- Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry

2 ounces Gosling’s Black Seal rum
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
